Dog Licensing
Dog License Renewal / Registration
- All dogs are required to have a valid rabies vaccination and be licensed annually by April 30th.
- For your convenience, we are now able to offer dog license renewals online. The registration will be processed and mailed to you.
License Fees
- Unaltered Male or Female: $9.00
- Spayed or Neutered Dog: $6.50
- Senior Citizen Owner (65+): first dog $2.00
Renewal Options
- In Person: As always, you can still come into the town hall to renew licenses with the Town Clerk. Bring rabies certificate to the Middleton Town Clerk for registration.
- Online: Renew via the InvoiceCloud Portal
Function Facilities
Old Town Hall
- The Old Town Hall is an asset to the town and should be utilized by and for the townspeople.
- Requests for use of space should be made at least one week in advance.
- All outside events are subject to town guidelines and discretion.
Rules
- No smoking is allowed in the building.
- No alcoholic beverages to be served/consumed on property.

Middleton no longer has a public library.
