Notice is hereby given that the Supervisors of the Checklist will hold a session on Friday, October 6, 2023 (7:00-7:30 PM) at the Municipal Building, 182 Kings Highway, Middleton, NH 03887.

A cyanobacteria ALERT has been issued for Sunrise Lake, Middleton.

The bloom was first reported on 4 October, appearing as green and blue clouds and clumps of material accumulating along the northern shoreline.

The Middleton Highway Department will be working on the culverts on Pinkham (5), Pheasant (3) and Drew (1) most of the day tomorrow (Tuesday).

This requires digging out approximately 2 1/2 inches across the top of each culvert before paving. Please drive slowly in these areas as there will be a noticeable indentation in the road. They will try to make the process as smooth as possible for residents that need to drive over them and appreciate your patience.
