The Middleton Planning Board will meet on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 6:00PM in the Middleton Old Town Hall, 200 Kings Highway to hold a: Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Conditional Use Permit for Stephen Cameron, Tax Map R4, Lot 107. A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow the proposed replacement of an existing culvert within a wetland as referenced in the Town’s Wetland Conservation Overlay District. The project is located on Lakeshore Drive and is within the Sunrise Lake Zoning District.
