Town Of Middleton Public Meeting/Hearing On Proposal

Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that the Middleton Planning Board will hold a public meeting to review an application for a lot line adjustment by The Raed Hertel Family Trust, Map 8, Lot 11-9, located on Pinkham Road on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Old Town Hall, 200 Kings Highway. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Middleton Development Regulations and the Zoning Ordinance, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a public hearing will follow. Should the application not by approved or a decision not be reached at a public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance in attending this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
