The Town of Middleton, New Hampshire is hiring a Part-Time Truck Driver/Laborer.

Seasonal/Part Time Drivers must operate the Town’s winter maintenance equipment as instructed. Individual will be required to work overtime based on weather conditions, as needed. Potential dates needed: December 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. Some duties include plowing snow with pickup truck, shoveling, salting, and assisting with truck maintenance. (This list should not be construed to imply that these duties are the exclusive standards of the position. Incumbents may be required to follow any other instructions, and to perform any other related duties, as needed.) Individuals selected must be able to work long and extended hours in adverse conditions, as needed. Standard hours are 6:00am – 4:00pm. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · CDL License preferred but not required. • Applicants must pass a background and driving record check • Adaptability and ability to properly deal with the public if needed • Applicants must live within a 30 minute commute of Middleton.
