NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF MIDDLETON

TO THE CITIZENS OF THE TOWN OF MIDDLETON

A public hearing will be held at 6PM on July 3, 2026 at the Old Town Hall , Middleton, New Hampshire at which the Selectboard shall explain the reasons for holding the Special Town Meeting called by the following warrant:

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT

THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

To the inhabitants of the Town of Middleton qualified to vote in Town affairs:

You are hereby notified to meet at the Middleton Old Town Hall, Middleton, New Hampshire at 9AM on Saturday, July 18, 2026 to act upon the following article:

Article 1: Special Warrant Article

Shall the Town vote to cure the procedurally defective Articles 7-16 for the 2026 Annual Town Meeting? (3/5 ballot vote required)

This Special Town Meeting is called pursuant to RSA 3 1 :5-b.

Given our hands this June 22, 2026.
